We invite organisations with an interest and involvement in learning and development to become Assocated Organisations by exchanging a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ILDP.

Once confirmed, we will add your organisation to the discount option for online registration for your members, contact you to arrange website links and forward a co-signed copy of the MOU for you files.

Certified L&D Professional (CLDP)

Recognising excellence
If you have at least three years' experience and relevant qualifications in L&D, you can apply to become a Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP).
ILDP certification is competency-based and will measure your expertise, mastery of job knowledge and capability. You will need to submit authenticated evidence of your knowledge and successful performance against the ILDP's standards in a selection of your recent L&D projects or positions. An independent panel will assess applications.

International L&D Professional (ILDP)
nominations 2008
ILDP certification will be awarded to those who meet the criteria for the new ISO standard being designed for the field of learning, education and training to support individuals, groups and organisations.
In 2008 ILDP will announce the nomination process for this special category of membership to recognise leaders and innovators in learning and development.
Nominations will be evaluated by the ILDP Board.
